Contract to prepare two (2) full narrative Appraisal/Summary Reports, one each for a lakefront property in the Lake Forest community on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, and the other a commercially zoned group of parcels (all contiguous and constituting one-half of a city block) adjoining Harrison Avenue in the City of South Lake Tahoe.
Appraisers with experience preparing reports for lakefront and commercial properties at Lake Tahoe on the CA side of the Lake Tahoe Basin are encouraged to apply.
