- License Agreement with the County of El Dorado for Groundwater Monitoring Studies: Consideration and possible authorization of a long-term license agreement with the County of El Dorado for the purpose of facilitating groundwater monitoring studies, on two Tahoe Conservancy parcels (El Dorado County Assessor Parcel Numbers 025-812-01 and 025-812-06). - Tahoe Pines Erosion Control Project: Consideration and possible authorization to modify the existing Tahoe Pines site improvement and acquisition grants by adding Tahoe Pines Area A to the grant agreements. (Resolution 08-12-03)
- Upper Truckee River – Airport Stream Environment Zone Restoration Project – Reallocation of Funds: Consideration and possible authorization of a reallocation of previously authorized Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) grant funds from the site improvement to the planning phase of the Upper Truckee River – Airport Stream Environment Zone Restoration Project. - Land Acquisition:
- Authorization to Acquire Environmentally Sensitive Lands: Consideration and possible authorization of $155,500 plus related closing costs for the purchase of up to six environmentally sensitive parcels or parcels necessary to protect the natural environment. Placer County Assessor Parcel Numbers 83-340-03, 83-380-20, 98-164-02, 117-200-40, 117-200-52 and 117-200-53. (Resolution 08-12-05)
- Erosion Control:
- Brockway Erosion Control Project Grant Authorization: Consideration and possible authorization of up to $1,316,060 in Erosion Control Program funds for the Brockway Erosion Control Project in Placer County. (Resolution 08-12-06)

- Discussion of Conservancy land transfer policy
- Update and discussion of possible United States Forest Service and Conservancy land exchange or transfers

Consent Items: Consent items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. Recommendations will ordinarily be acted on without discussion. If any board member, staff member, or other interested party requests discussion of a consent item, it may be removed from consent and taken up in the regular agenda order, or in an order determined by the Board Chair.
